Meat Masala

Farmfed Meat Masala made from the best quality Coriander, Dehydrated Onion, Chilly, Cumin, Turmeric, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper, Fennel, Ginger Powder, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Fenugreek, Kalonji, Cloves, Star Anise, Large Cardamom, Fenugreek, Pepper, Chana Dal, etc.   
1) Chopped meat – 1kg
2) Farmfed meat masala – 4 tbsp
3) Big onion sliced – 1 cup
4) Ginger sliced – 1 tbsp
5) Garlic – 4 cloves
6) Green chillies – 2 Nos
7) Curry leaves – 2 stalks
8) Refined vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
9) Mustard – as required
10) Salt – to taste
Preparation:
Add Farmfed meat masala and salt to chopped meat, rub it and leave it for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a vessel, crackle mustard, add sliced onion, ginger, garlic, chilly, and curry leaves till half done. Add meat and water as necessary and cook till meat is soft. (Coconut milk or paste may be added for taste.)

Chicken Masala

Farmfed Chicken Masala made from the best quality Black Pepper, Coriander, Onion, Green Chilly, Dry Ginger, Garlic, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Turmeric, Poppy Seeds, Fennel, Salt, etc.
1) Medium sized Chicken pieces – 1kg
2) Farmfed chicken masala – 5 tbsp
3) Big onion sliced – 1 cup
4) Ginger sliced – 1 tbsp
5) Garlic – 4 cloves
6) Green chillies – 2 Nos
7) Curry leaves – 2 stalks
8) Refined vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
9) Mustard – as required
10) Salt – to taste
 
Preparation:
Marinate chicken pieces in Farmfed chicken masala and salt. Leave it for 10 minutes. Grind ingredients 4, 5, and 6 to a fine paste and set aside. Heat oil in a vessel, crackle mustard, and fry the onion. Add the paste and stir well. Add chicken, 3 cups of water, and cook till done. Add curry leaves and serve hot.
(Coconut milk or paste may be added for taste.)

Fish Masala

Farmfed Fish Masala made from the best quality Kashmiri Chilly, Coriander, Turmeric, Salt, Mustard, Fenugreek, Garlic, Dry Ginger, etc.

1)Fish (Cleaned and cut) -1kg                                             
2) Farmfed Fish Masala -50g
3) Cambodge water – 4 cups
4)  Refined Vegetable Oil – 2 tsp
5) Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
6) Ginger (Finely cut) – 1 tbsp
7) Green Chillies – 6 Nos
8) Garlic -6 flakes 
9) Salt -to taste
10) Curry Leaves -2 stalks.

Preparation:

Heat oil in a vessel. Splutter the mustard seeds and sauté ginger, green chillies, garlic and curry leaves. Add Farmfed Fish Masala and stir well. Put the fish pieces into this, along with cambodge water and salt. Cook on a low flame till done.

Sambar powder

Farmfed Sambar Powder, made from the best quality Coriander, Chilly, Fenugreek, Pepper, Chana Dal, etc.

1)Dal – ½ tsp
2)Farmfed sambar powder – 3 tbsp
3)Chopped assorted vegetables – 5 cups
4)Chopped lady’s finger and tomato – 1 cup
5)Dried chilly, small onion, mustard and curry leaves – as required
6)Tamarind water and salt – as required

Preparation: Cook dal. Add chopped vegetables and salt to it, cook till the vegetables are half done. Add chopped tomato and lady’s finger and cook further till done. Add tamarind water and boil. Heat oil and crackle mustard, add Farmfed sambar powder, dried chilly, sliced small onion and curry leaves and sauté. Add this to the cooked vegetables.

Agraharam Sambar Powder

Farmfed Agraharam Sambar Powder, made from the best quality Coriander, Chilly, Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek, Pepper, Chana Dal, etc.

1)Dal – ½ tsp
2)Farmfed agraharam sambar powder – 3 tbsp
3)Chopped assorted vegetables – 5 cups
4)Chopped lady’s finger and tomato – 1 cup
5)Dried chilly, small onion, mustard and curry leaves – as required
6)Tamarind water and salt – as required

Preparation: Cook dal. Add chopped vegetables and salt to it, cook till the vegetables are half done. Add chopped tomato and lady’s finger and cook further till done. Add tamarind water and boil. Heat oil and crackle mustard, add Farmfed agraharam sambar powder, dried chilly, sliced small onion and curry leaves and sauté. Add this to the cooked vegetables.

·  Take 100 grams of Bajji Masala, and add 100 ml of water in a mixer. Make thin slices of bananas, onions and eggs.
